Two of our chapters have educational presentations coming up in June. Whether you are a GNPS member, a member of the chapter or just someone interested in learning more, please join us at one of these events. Our meetings are always free and open to the public. Come get to know us!

Tuesday, June 14th in Gainesville, GA (northeast of the metro area), our Redbud Project Chapter will have a presentation on Monarch butterflies by Dr. Paola Barriga from the Odum School of Ecology at UGA.

Tuesday, June 21st in Carrollton, GA (west of the metro area), our West Georgia Chapter will have a presentation on Forest Restoration and Community Engagement by Dr.  Martin L. Cipollini of Berry College and the Georgia Chapter of the American Chestnut Foundation.
