Responsibility:

The website committee is responsible for maintaining the Society’s website, ensuring that the site contains information that promotes the mission and goals of the GNPS and is useful to GNPS members and to others who are interested in native plants and their conservation.
Tasks:

The committee, under guidance from the GNPS Board, shall determine what material will be shown, as well as format, style and content.

The chair of the committee will maintain the site and answer correspondence.

The chair of the committee will ensure that the material is relevant and timely.

The chair of the committee will submit an annual budget.
Evaluation:

The success of the committee will be determined by usage statistics and feedback from GNPS members.
Policies and Procedures:

The website committee has implemented Website Submission Rules that should be followed when submitting material for posting to the GNPS website.
