Imagine a cabin on 1.5 acres near Ellijay covered in hardwood trees and wildflowers. The highlight is a grove of Pawpaws with spring ephemerals including Trillium and Trout Lily on the hillside. This dreamlike setting is owned by Camille Caldwell and has been certified as a native plant habitat on the Gold level. Thank you, Camille, for saving the plants indigenous to the area and removing unwanted invasive species like Stiltgrass. The sign at the cabin will help raise awareness of the outstanding plants native to north Georgia.
