Tucked on a hillside in Clarkesville is a 2 acre lot that is home to Kaye Stanley. She is lucky that the property is wooded and filled with interesting wildflowers like fairy wand (Chamaelirium lubeum), Indian cucumber root (Medeola virginiana), Hepatica sp, foam flower (Tiarella cordifolia), and much more that Kaye planted. She is also replacing the non-native plants surrounding the house with native ones. Kaye received the gold level certification for her native plant habitat.
