Towhee Trail Restoration Project

Towhee Trail is an inactive restoration project of the Georgia Native Plant Society at this time.

The goal of the Friends for the East Cobb Park Adopt-A-Section of Towhee Trail Program is to restore the native woodland habitat by removing non-native, invasive plants and adding Georgia native plants to supplement the thriving population along East Cobb Park’s Towhee Trail.

East Cobb Park and Towhee Trail are located on over 20 acres adjacent to Roswell Road, between Old Canton Rd. & Providence Rd. in Cobb County, Georgia.

The five sections of Towhee Trail have been adopted by:
Friends for Towhee Trail (blue section)
    The Haltom Family (green section)
    Schatke Group (orange section)
YMCA’s Cobb Adventure Guides: Outback and Firefly Circles (yellow section)
The Rotary Club of East Cobb (white section)
