GNPS and Fringed Campion Chapter volunteers will partner with other local groups to tackle invasive plants at Rotary Centennial Park in Perry, GA on April 15 from 1 to 3 pm.
Protect our environment by restoring habitat and preserving biodiversity!
Bring your chain saw or hand saw and your loppers! Wear long pants and sleeves, gloves, boots, and a hat! Bring a water bottle (or 2)! Let’s remove those Bradford pears, Asian privet, and Japanese honeysuckle out of this beautiful park and trail!
Participants will be asked to read and sign a GNPS participation waiver at the event.
