All volunteers can park for free at the Walking Trails Parking in Stone Mountain Park – Simply tell the person working the park entrance that you’re here to volunteer with Georgia Native Plant Society.

Using GPS:

1. Put this google location into your GPS app

or

2. Put these coordinates into your GPS app: 33.813,-84.159

Not using GPS:

1. Entering the West Gate (thru the village of Stone Mountain): Turn left and go 0.2 miles. Turn left into the “Walking Trails” parking lot.

2. Entering the East Gate off of Stone Mountain Hwy (Hwy 78): Stay to the right at the Y-intersection and proceed about a mile to the “Walking Trails” parking lot on your right.

After Parking:

Once you’re in the Walking Trails parking lot, the entrance to the trails will be marked with GNPS signage.

Follow the trail back a little until you see all the plants and cabins!

**Please note: Due to high traffic on Saturdays, orange cones are placed by us to save spots for our volunteers. Volunteers can move the cones and park in those designated spots.
