WD Thomson Park Workday

The Friends of WD Thomson Park will hold their April workday on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 9:00am until noon. Note that starting this month our spring/summer schedule of workdays moves to Saturdays.
As always, we supply tools, water and some snacks. (Clean work gloves will be available if needed.) This month’s meeting spot is in the lower parking lot, between the picnic shelter and the field.
Now that the meadow area of the restoration site has been prepped for awhile, we will continue planting along the creek. We will also be moving our brush clearing and invasive removal efforts up into the woods as we prep the forest area for planting later this year. We work from 9:00am to noon, but please join us whenever you can.
