Why Natives? A virtual discussion

The Georgia Native Plant Society will host a virtual panel discussion on “Why Natives?” on Sunday, September 20, 2:00 – 3:30 PM.
Local experts will share information and resources on why and how to use native plants in our home gardens. Learn how you can foster a diverse and balanced food web that supports birds, butterflies and other pollinators.

Georgia Native Plant Society is a nonprofit organization that promotes the stewardship and conservation of Georgia’s native plants and their habitats. Activities include educational workshops, field trips, plant sales, plant rescues and habitat restoration projects.
This is our first virtual event and attendance is limited to 250 attendees. No registration is required. We plan to record the discussion and make it available afterwards.
