Report of Berkeley Lake workday November 28, 2018
Two GNPS members met at the Henderson Nature Sanctuary at Berkeley Lake to deadhead perennials. It was a cold morning, but the sun was shining. The winterberry hollies were loaded with berries. A witch hazel was blooming; as well as a few blue mist which had escaped the cold. Afterwards we ate lunch together.
The next scheduled workday will be Wednesday, January 23, 2019, 10:00 – 12:00. Please bring your gloves, kneeler, and weeder to help. Wear your boots and long pants.
