The GNPS Advocacy committee would like to know a little more about your local community and gauge interest in neighborhood-focused programming. GNPS is considering creating a neighborhood ambassador program for its members. This would include a training session and a toolkit with helpful information and resources. The volunteer program would provide ambassadors with ways to reach neighbors and spread awareness for native plants and ecological best practices. Think of this like a hyper-local extension office!
