Thanks to a generous gift of native plants from the GNPS, the McGuffey Nature Center was able to complete a new shade garden on the Purple Trail.  Plants included Buckeyes, Anise, Spice Bush, and Sweet Shrubs.  The plants will be used to educate the public on native plants that can be grown in shady areas. We were also able to add wood oats on our Red Trail and a variety of sun loving plants to our Pollinator Garden. Coweta County Master Gardeners send a BIG THANK YOU to the Georgia Native Plant Society.
