All members of the Georgia Native Plant Society are welcome to participate in our board meetings, which are now usually held by teleconference. If you wish to attend a meeting, follow the procedures described in this document.
The bylaws of the Georgia Native Plant Society provide the basic rules for the conduct of the Society’s business and affairs. We were officially incorporated as a non-profit in the state of Georgia in 1999.
