Responsibility:

This committee accepts requests to GNPS from outside organizations for GNPS participation in an event. The committee determines how GNPS will respond (send brochures, set up a booth/table, provide a speaker, etc.) and coordinates with the Volunteer committee to staff the event. This committee may develop materials as needed or solicit members/other committees for the necessary materials.
