The Membership Committee
Reporting to: Director of Membership

Responsibility:

The Membership Committee has the following responsibilities:

To increase new membership and renewals.
To process new membership applications, membership renewals and gift memberships.
To acknowledge new memberships and donations.
To provide input to update membership and listserv databases.
To collect mail from the P.O. Box and distribute it to the appropriate committees or members
To maintain accurate and complete membership records
To reconcile chapter membership annually on or about August 1

Specific subcommittees: Membership, PO Box Processing, Acknowledgment, Database
