A section of the Smith Plantation in Roswell has been designated as a native landscape. Paula Lindsey and Jane Walsh are two of the Master Gardeners who help with this restoration. They are working hard to rid the park of the invasive species and adding native plants as they clear the way. It’s a fabulous wooded portion of the park with native ferns, spring wildflowers and river oats growing by the spring house. This garden has been awarded the Silver Level Native Plant Habitat Certification!
