Berkeley Lake – January Update

Berkeley Lake Restoration did not have an official workday in December or January. Just before Christmas, a paid City work crew blew off all the leaves from under the plants we had planted during the year. We want the leaves to remain and build up the soil. I contacted the City and told them of the problem. I met with the owner of the landscaping company. He was apologetic, mulched some of the area, and said they would do better next year. Another resident and I put more mulch around the plants.
