June 13 Rescue Fulton County, Johns Creek, Blueberry Hill, 10:30 am

June 13, 2023 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Because the weather is hot and dry already, woody plants will need extra care in transplanting; instructions will be provided.

Please read our liability waivers in advance: there are two: the participant agreement and the liability waiver. By signing up for this rescue, you agree to terms in these documents. You will be asked to sign them at the rescue.

Lead Facilitator: Ellen Honeycutt
Cofacilitator:  Carol Hershey

Plant List: Sourwood (abundant seedlings: Oxydendrum arboreum), blueberry (4 different species of Vaccinium), possumhaw (Viburnum nudum), pipsissewa (Chimaphila maculata), maypop (abundant: Passiflora incarnata), ferns such as Chrismas fern (Polystichum acrostichoides), New York fern (Thelypteris noveboracensis), and netted chain fern (Woodwardia areolata) and small amounts of other native perennials.

Due to limited parking, this rescue is now full. We will try to schedule another one in June if we can!
