Stone Mountain Propagation Project Workday

January 17 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Stone Mountain Propagation Project (SMPP) offers a weekly opportunity to learn about native plants and contribute to the GNPS Community-Supported Propagation (CSP) program. Plants grown will find their home in land restoration projects, educational gardens or chapter and other nonprofit plant sales. The community-supported propagation effort goes on all year long, and its success depends on regular volunteers. Come on out to Stone Mountain to lend a hand!

First-time volunteers: We ask that all volunteers join our email list in order to receive the most up-to-date information. To subscribe the email list, follow these steps:

For GNPS members:

  1. Log in to your GNPS member account.
  2. From the menu on the left, choose Address and Account Preferences.
  3. Scroll down to the Preferences section and choose “Yes” under Stone Mountain Propagation Project List.

For all others, click here to submit your name and contact information. We highly encourage volunteers to become GNPS members. Click here to learn more about membership.
