Each year we like to make you aware of seasonal native plant sales. Here is a list of all that we’ve collected for the fall from one end of Georgia to the other. Most of them are dedicated to native plants but a few have a mix; research your choices carefully to know what you’re getting. If in doubt, ask the seller directly “Is this native to Georgia?” If you know of a local sale that will have native plants and is not included here, be sure to let us know at info@gnps.org. Here’s the list for fall 2025:
Sep. 5-22 –Trees Atlanta online sale (pick up Sep 26-27) and in-person on Oct. 4.
Sep. 13-14 – Decatur, Woodlands Garden. Shoppers must reserve a spot beforehand.
Sep. 20 – Albany, Coastal Plain Chapter of GNPS at Flint RiverQuarium Water, Wings and Wildlife Festival, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sep. 20 – Byron, Boy Scout Road Native Plant Festival and Sale with the Fringed Campion Chapter of GNPS, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Sep. 20 – Carrollton, West Georgia Chapter of GNPS, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Sep. 20 – Darien, Coastal Wildscapes, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (includes GNPS Coastal Plain and Maritime GNPS Chapters).
Sep. 20 – Martinez, Augusta’s River Region Chapter of GNPS sale at Reed Creek Park, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Sep. 27 – Marietta, Drew’s Fall Plant Sale at Eastside Baptist Church, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (not all native plants).
Sep. 27 – Sandy Springs, Lost Corner Preserve with Wild Roots, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Sep. 26-27 – Roswell, Chattahoochee Nature Center, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sep. 26-27 – Gainesville, Hall County Master Gardener Fall Expo, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (not all native plants).
Sep. 27 – Atlanta, Wylde Center Fall Plant Festival, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Oct. 2-4 – Athens, State Botanical Garden, Thu. & Fri. 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. , Sat. 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Oct. 4 – Chattanooga, TN – Wild Ones, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Oct. 4 – Sautee Nacoochee Cultural Center, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Oct. 4 – Tifton, Coastal Plain Chapter of GNPS at the Tifton Farmers Market, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Oct. 4 – Tucker, Wild Roots Native Nursery Pop-Up Sale at the Tucker Greenspace, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Oct. 11 – Macon, Wesleyan Market Native Plant Sale with Fringed Campion Chapter of GNPS, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Oct. 24-25 – Perry, Flat Creek Native Nursery Closing Sale, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Oct. 25 – Atlanta, Wild Roots Native Nursery Pop-Up Sale at Cliff Valley School, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Oct. 26 – Scottdale, Festi-Fall at Beech Hollow, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (includes program by Intown Atlanta Chapter of GNPS)
