Wrangle with us! This is the first of two weed wrangle events hosted by the Intown Atlanta Chapter of GNPS for MLK Jr. Day of Service as a part of the statewide Weed Wrangle Georgia! Volunteers will engage in tasks for all ages and levels of experience for a rewarding morning of invasive plant removal in Herbert Taylor & Daniel Johnson Park.

Wear closed toe shoes, long sleeves and pants as there is poison ivy.  Dress for the weather/uneven terrain, bring your own water, bug spray, and sunscreen.  Meet at the kiosk for the park at 1343 Pasadena Av. for introductions, instructions, and a safety briefing then set off to work. Bring your own gloves and tools or borrow some of ours.

No preregistration is required. This event is cohosted by Hands On Atlanta.
